Why we do it
Jack Bytes began with a simple belief: no one should be taken advantage of because they don’t understand technology or cannot afford inflated corporate rates.
After seeing seniors, families, and underserved communities routinely overcharged, oversold, or left without support, we realized how much of a difference one person willing to help could make.

Who we are
Jack Bytes is led by Erik Alvarez—founder, owner, technology professional, and Jack’s full-time dog walker.
Erik works alongside a team of trusted, vetted technicians who help support our residential and business clients. This allows us to bring the right experience and skills to every project while maintaining the personal service Jack Bytes was built upon.
And, of course, there’s Jack—our namesake, official mascot, and unofficial head of morale. Together, we’re a responsive team that believes in honest advice, dependable work, and treating every client like a neighbor.
