I’m the founder of Jack Bytes, where I focus on helping homeowners and small businesses build secure, reliable, and scalable technology environments that support how they actually live and work.

My professional background spans multiple industries, which has shaped how I approach technology today. I began working in retail, where I learned how store performance is driven by metrics and data—an early lesson in how information systems guide decision-making and growth. From there I moved into insurance and logistics, managing warehouse operations across Chicago, Puerto Rico, and Miami and gaining firsthand experience with operational systems and large-scale coordination.

I later returned to technology through retail electronics, supporting major consumer platforms including Apple and HP. Along the way I gained experience working with small businesses as well as a rapidly growing Chicago-based technology company supporting property management operations across multiple states while working out of the John Hancock Center.

My career continued with luxury residential technology services in downtown Chicago, followed by remote enterprise IT support for a national e-commerce company. Today, in addition to leading Jack Bytes, I serve as Director at a private school and have been a member of its Board since 2025.

My technical background includes professional and industry certifications and training across major platforms and technologies, including coursework through DePaul University, certifications from Apple, Microsoft, Google, and CompTIA, cybersecurity training through the Illinois State Police, project management training through MIT, and multiple vendor certifications in areas such as security camera systems and VoIP infrastructure. I am also a commissioned Public Notary.

Through Jack Bytes, my goal is simple: deliver dependable technology solutions that are clear, responsibly priced, and built to grow with the people and organizations that rely on them.

When I’m not working with computers, I like to unplug at the end of the day and throw Jack’s favorite toy around, an activity he wants to last forever.
